Forget Park Lane, Maunu Rd is where it’s at!
When playing Monopoly, everyone is always trying to get to Park Lane and Mayfair, to buy those blue squares before anyone else. But that’s not the best move.
The best idea is to grab where players land most often (It’s the 3 orange ones in case you were wondering…) put houses up and collect the rent. Buy all three and get those houses up!
It’s the same in real life as well.

The Neighbourhood - Woodhill
Woodhill is conveniently located close to key areas of the city. Along with hte Whangarei Hospital being based just several hundred meters further west of the suburb. The area is bound on the east by the Avenues and Whangarei City Centre, on the west by Hora Hora, up into Maunu, and to the south by Whangarei’s more commercial centre (which is fast being swallowed by the city centre).
