Please read these terms and conditions. By selling your property with Paul Sumich, you agree to these following terms and conditions in order to receive your $2,000 voucher to use at local businesses:
1. This special is only available to properties located within the greater Whangarei area. It is not available on any commercial or business properties.
2. You sign an exclusive listing agreement with Paul Sumich, licensed salesperson contracted to Harcourts Optimize Group Ltd.
3. The standard Harcourts commission fee applies. Details will be provided before you commence your agreement.
4. The recommended marketing campaign for your property is carried out. Details will be provided before you commence your agreement.
5. The voucher is able to be split between a maximum of four (4) local businesses - in any dollar amount.
6. The $2,000 voucher/s is payable directly to any local business(es) of your choice, on the successful settled sale of your property.
7. The voucher/s are not redeemable for cash, and there is no option of a cash equivalent instead of the vouchers.
8. The voucher/s are transferable to any other person. eg - can be used as birthday presents, wedding gifts etc...
9. The voucher/s can be used at any local Northland business, as long as it is locally owned.
10. This offer starts from Monday the 1st of June 2020 (and runs until further notice)
