When I first started in Real Estate, there was no way I was interested in cold calling, or spending hours door knocking streets to try and find business.
If that works for you, great! But I have to ask, with the way our world has changed since the Pandemic, how's that working out for you now?
What did I do instead?
I worked hard to be of value, and to create value for people every step of the way. Whether they are buying or selling, I wanted to create pieces that would help people on every step of their property journey.
To others in the industry that have come across my content, they have asked for it, actually in some cases pleaded with me for it!
I have been happy to share certain aspects of what I've created, composed, and curated in the past 18 months - but never all of it.

- Seller Guides - 3 home seller guides. These are used as freebie giveaways and promoted on social media to build up your database of people that put their hand up to ask for some valuable info as they think about selling.
- Buyer Guides - 3 home buyer guides. These are used as freebie giveaways and promoted on social media to build up your database of people that put their hand up to ask for some valuable info as they think about buying. It's a great way to build up a strong list of hot buyers for yourself.
- Pre-live checklist - this one page document is completed (ticked off) with the sellers just after the agency agreement is signed, it is a powerful way to build trust that they have someone working for them that has it all under control.
- Social Media content - 50 Motivational quotes (a freebie that you can grab above), 100 RE questions to increase engagement, FOR SALE story posts for Instagram and Facebook, Monthly stats story posts for Instagram and Facebook, a super simple plan for regular posting on social, and a guide to hashtags for increasing the reach of your Instagram account.
- Blog - 200 blog post title ideas, along with 12 already done for you posts. Just change the suburb/city to make them relevant to where you are.
- E-book - The 'Getting it Done' e-book was written during the 2020 lockdown and is still very much on topic. By removing a page specific to the Covid-19 pandemic, it will be an evergreen publication for you to use.
- New Content - When I've added something to my business that gets results, you'll also get it for your business. I'll stay in touch with any new releases as they happen.
Be honest, you've spent way more than that on stupid sh*t over the years that hasn't really helped your business, I know I have!
I've actually just finished a 3 month contract of $795 per month ($2,385) to generate more leads online.
Did it work? I got more leads sure, but I don't have the type of connection with them that happens when people reach out to work with you, and not the other way around.
Should you listen to some 'newbie' agent?
Like I said before, this isn't a bunch of marketing fluff to give you the 'feels' that this is right for you.
I will tell you though that in the past year, 4 staff members that work in the office I'm at - Harcourts Whangarei, have chosen to use me to sell their properties. Why would they choose me when I'm not yet 'number 1' in the office, and haven't been in RE for 15, 10, or even 5 years?
I think it's because they see daily the type of value added service I provide to people, and this content is a big part of that.
So there you go, I need to tell you that the pre-list doc along with the seller guides are the game changers really. I've worked hard to stack the value for you, so that your purchase is a no-brainer!

Notes - This info page for agents was built on my own current active agent site. I could talk for hours on why this is so important - especially as the big property portals and platforms continue to mine us for as much information and data as possible. Feel free to look around after you've signed up to get a feel for how much more you can do when you have your own website. I really think that if you want a long term career in Real Estate, then it is a big mistake to rely on the third party property sites, the social media platforms, and even your own offices website.
